The brand is yours
The brand you build and its rights belong to you. You are responsible for it not infringing someone else's registered trademark.
Pay before each step
You pay for each task before it starts: the sample before it is ordered, production before it is made. You always see the final price before paying.
Samples
A sample is required before the first production, and is not refundable unless it arrives defective.
Production
An order can't be cancelled once production has started.
Defects and damage
If the product arrives defective or damaged, send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake it or refund it.
Taxes and duties
Taxes and customs duties in the destination country are paid by the receiver.
Credits
Credits pay for brand tries and product designs, and are not refundable as cash.
